RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these steps to begin your return or exchange process:
- Contact Our Coven: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Await Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
- Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and ship to our address at: Restyle sale Shop

Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the package. - Processing: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Use this template when emailing your return or exchange request:
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the exchanged item has a different price:
- If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
- If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To preserve the integrity and hygiene of certain intimate and personalized products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Body Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Cartilage & Tragus Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Beauty Products (once opened, for safety reasons)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
