• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
• Available worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas)

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that even the most carefully selected pieces of dark elegance may occasionally need adjustment. Our policy reflects the same care we put into crafting our silhouette-redefining corsets and pagan-inspired jewelry.

Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these shadowed paths to begin your return or exchange:

Step 2: Await Authorization

Our customer service coven will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) and ship to our sanctum:

Step 4: Processing

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If the exchanged item has a different price:

  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  • If the new item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity and mystical essence of certain intimate and personalized products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Body Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Cartilage & Tragus Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Beauty Products (once opened, for safety reasons)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during special promotions

Important Note: All returned items must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
